Mens Walking Group

The Mens Walking Group started in April 2024

1st Saturday in the month 11:00am Meet up outside the Muskham Ferry - normally about 3 hours

See initial mail from the group founds Dave Brumpton

Muskham Men It's time to talk!
I am trying to arrange a blokes "walk and talk" session as I have been told this is great for our body and soul.
Seriously though a lot of us as we progress in life will face health problems. The idea is as we walk and chat people will open up about health concerns and share issues. We will also have people in the group who have or are going through these issues and hopefully they will give advice what to look for and reassure others that not all is doom and gloom.
I was thinking about a date in June (possibly a Saturday) where we meet up at The Ferry and set off around the Bathley loop stopping in at The Crown for a beer or Coffee then continuing around back to The Ferry.
Please DM me if you are interested. Plus also it will get people to know other village members.
Please let me know your thoughts
